1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TORRA’s review growth platform and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using TORRA, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
TORRA provides a software platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and respond to online reviews through automated requests, AI-powered responses, reporting, and related tools.
3. Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee
All new TORRA subscriptions include a 20-day money-back guarantee.
If you request a refund within 20 days of activation, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. After the 20-day period, payments are non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Monthly plans are billed every 30 days until canceled.
Yearly plans are billed upfront and renew annually.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By providing payment information, you authorize TORRA to charge your selected plan according to your billing cycle.
5. Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
Yearly subscriptions may be canceled at renewal.
Cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds outside the 20-day guarantee period.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate customer data and permission to contact customers.
Maintain access to your Google Business Profile.
Refrain from submitting fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews.
7. Service Limitations
TORRA does not control whether reviews are published, removed, or modified by Google or other platforms.
Negative reviews may still occur. TORRA provides tools to help manage reviews but does not guarantee review outcomes or ratings.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the Services or violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
TORRA’s liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
